MediDose helps parents, caregivers and schools track medication schedules across multiple profiles โ with real-time sync, shared access, and smart reminders.
Built for real families and caregivers โ simple enough for everyday use, powerful enough for complex schedules.
Track medication for the whole family. Each profile has its own medicines, schedule, and history โ all in one app.
Visual countdown timers show exactly when each dose is due. Get alerted when medicine is overdue so nothing gets missed.
Share a profile with a school, carer, or second parent using a secure code, WhatsApp, or QR code. You stay in control.
Set Admin or Viewer access. Add expiry dates. Revoke access instantly. Full visibility into who can see what.
See the full week at a glance โ which medicines are due on which days, with a complete history of doses given.
Track antibiotic courses with a built-in dose counter. Counts down automatically and alerts you when the course is complete.
Receive reminders when medicine is due โ even when the app is closed. Never miss a dose again.
All data syncs in real time across devices. If a carer marks medicine as given, you see it instantly.
Accidentally marked a dose given? Undo it instantly. Forgot to log earlier? Record a past dose with the exact time.
No complex setup. No medical training required. Just download, create a profile, and start tracking.
Sign up with your email address. Your data is private and secure from the moment you register.
Create a profile for each person you're tracking โ add their name, age, and any known allergies.
Enter the medicine name, dosage, and schedule. Set a countdown timer or choose specific days of the week.
Generate a share code and send it to schools, carers, or co-parents. Set their access level and expiry.

Information collected automatically:
Your data is stored using Google Firebase, a secure cloud platform. Your data is stored on servers located in London, United Kingdom (europe-west2 region). All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL. Firebase security rules ensure each user can only access their own data. Authentication is required to access any data within the app.
MediDose is designed for use by parents, caregivers, and healthcare providers to manage medication for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All accounts are created by adults. Information entered about children is provided by the adult account holder and is used solely to provide the medication tracking service.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared only with other MediDose users you explicitly choose to share a profile with, with Google Firebase for data storage, or if required by law.
To keep MediDose stable and fix problems quickly, we use Google Firebase Crashlytics, a crash-reporting service. When the app crashes or encounters an error, Crashlytics automatically collects limited technical information to help us diagnose the issue. This may include your device model, operating system version, the app version, the time of the crash, and a technical diagnostic log (a "stack trace") showing what the app was doing when the error occurred.
This information is used solely to identify and fix bugs and improve the reliability of the app. It is not used for advertising or marketing. Where a crash report is linked to an account, it is associated only with an anonymous user identifier, never with your name, email address, or any health information you have entered.
This data is processed by Google as our operator (data processor) on our behalf. You can read how Google handles this information at firebase.google.com/support/privacy. We retain crash reports only for as long as needed to investigate and resolve issues.
